This website at https://cmmb.com.my is operated by Creative Mobile Multimedia Broadcasting Sdn Bhd ("CMMB", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in Malaysia with its registered office at A4-1-48, Jalan 1/152, Taman OUG Parklane, 58200 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

By accessing or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site.

These terms govern your use of this website only. They are not the terms on which we deliver services. Any engagement with CMMB is governed by a separate written agreement, and where that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement prevails.

02Using this website

You may view, download and print pages from this site for your own business or personal reference. In using the site, you agree not to:

  • Use it for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the server it is hosted on, or any connected system.
  • Introduce any virus, worm, logic bomb or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the site, including by subjecting it to a denial-of-service attack.
  • Scrape, harvest or systematically extract content or data from the site, or use automated means to submit our forms.
  • Submit false, misleading or third-party personal information through our forms, or impersonate anyone.
  • Reproduce, republish or redistribute our content commercially without our written permission.

We may suspend or restrict access to the site, in whole or in part, to anyone who breaches these terms.

We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. Access may be suspended temporarily and without notice for maintenance, repair, or for reasons beyond our control.

We may change, withdraw or amend any part of the site, including these terms, at any time. The date at the top of this page shows when these terms were last revised. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

The content on this site — including our articles on regulatory topics such as Malaysian e-invoicing, PDPA, and financial-sector technology requirements — is published for general information only. It reflects our understanding at the time of writing.

It is not legal, tax, regulatory, financial or professional advice, and it must not be relied on as such. Regulations change, and guidance is frequently revised. Before acting on anything you read here, take advice on your own circumstances from a suitably qualified adviser, and check the current position with the relevant authority.

Descriptions of our services, products, capabilities and delivery approaches are indicative. They do not constitute an offer, and they do not form part of any contract unless expressly incorporated into a signed agreement.

Unless stated otherwise, all content on this site — text, graphics, illustrations, logos, icons, images, page layout, source code and software — is owned by CMMB or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

The CMMB name and logo are our trade marks. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

Third-party names, logos and trade marks shown on this site remain the property of their respective owners, and their appearance does not imply any endorsement of CMMB by those owners.

07Enquiries you send us

When you submit an enquiry through this site, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, that you are entitled to provide it, and that you are authorised to do so on behalf of any organisation you name.

Please do not send confidential or commercially sensitive information through the website form. Submitting an enquiry does not create a confidential relationship and does not place us under any duty of confidence. If you need to share something sensitive, say so and we will arrange a secure channel, or put an NDA in place first.

We handle the personal data in your enquiry as described in our Privacy Policy.

Responding to an enquiry does not oblige us to accept an engagement, and nothing on this site obliges us to enter into a contract with you.

08Our liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, this website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

09Governing law

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of this website, are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

You agree that the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.
